01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 93pkr ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") in connection with your access to and use of the 93pkr online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://93pkr.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

By creating an account, depositing funds or placing a bet on the 93pkr platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

93pkr operates as an online gaming platform. We do not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan are reminded that gambling restrictions exist under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of participation in your place of residence before using the platform. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 93pkr website, mobile applications and all associated services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real money and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under specific promotional terms and subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Operator.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the Operator's obligations to prevent financial crime.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary request by a Player to be excluded from accessing the Platform for a defined period or permanently.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available to all registered Players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or blocked by the Operator.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the 93pkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as a professional or commercial entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account suspended or closed by 93pkr or any associated platform for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or agent of 93pkr or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been granted.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

04 Account Management

4.1 Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to consolidate or close accounts at its sole discretion.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

The Operator is required to verify Player identity before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any time. Acceptable documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Players in Pakistan may be required to submit their CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) as primary identity verification.

4.4 Account Closure

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. The Operator may close an Account at its discretion if a breach of these Terms is identified, if required by applicable law or regulatory obligation, or if the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. In cases of closure for breach, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited.

05 Terms of Use

Access to and use of the 93pkr Platform is granted solely for the purpose of lawful personal entertainment. By using the Platform you agree that:

• You will use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security, access control, geolocation or verification measure implemented by the Operator.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or the financing of illegal activities.
• You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. The Operator does not guarantee any winnings.
• You will not place bets on behalf of any third party or accept funds from third parties for the purpose of betting on the Platform.
• You acknowledge that odds, rules and game outcomes are determined by the Platform's systems, and that the Operator's decision on disputed outcomes is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure.

The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as financial advice. Players are encouraged to set personal budgets and to use the Responsible Gambling tools available in their Account settings.

06 Deposits & Payments

The 93pkr Platform supports a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. The following are referenced as contextual payment options and their availability is subject to change without notice. Payment provider names are used for familiarity context only and do not imply that any provider endorses, affiliates with or supports gambling through this Platform:

• Mobile wallets commonly used in Pakistan (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash) as contextual references
• Interbank digital payment infrastructure (such as Raast) as a contextual reference
• Commercial bank transfers (including institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) as contextual references
• Cryptocurrency deposits where supported by the current cashier

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method and are outside the Operator's direct control.
• The Operator does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unverified sources.
• Currency amounts on the Platform are denominated per operator settings. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amounts are displayed, these are indicative references subject to exchange rate and operator conversion policies.

07 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money funds from their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in line with AML obligations.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are published in the cashier section.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraud, money laundering or Terms violation.
• Processing times are typically within 1–5 business days depending on the payment method selected, though the Operator does not guarantee specific processing windows.

The Operator will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 93pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions or other incentives to new and existing Players. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only — specific eligibility criteria will be stated in the promotional terms.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may trigger an account review.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to Player accounts are not retroactively removed without valid cause.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 93pkr Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics or circumvent Platform rules.
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly taking advantage of bugs, glitches or technical errors in the Platform's software. Any winnings derived from such errors may be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds in a manner designed to disguise the origin or nature of those funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with a payment provider after funds have been credited to your Account and used for wagering.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under the required minimum age.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 93pkr Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game assets and data — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform's software.
• Use the 93pkr name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 93pkr and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes or technical errors not caused by Operator negligence.
• Interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Any decisions made in reliance on content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where the Platform is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or emergency technical work, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

12 Responsible Gambling

93pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from all registered Accounts, including:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — caps on the net amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits — automatic notifications or logouts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days.
• Self-exclusion — voluntary exclusion for defined periods (minimum 6 months) or permanently.

The Operator reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account where behaviour patterns suggest potential harm, even without a Player's explicit request.

13 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, use and protection of your personal data is governed by the 93pkr Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, the Operator collects personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and, with your consent, marketing communications. Your data is not sold to third parties. Full details of data processing, retention periods and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to request Account closure.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable jurisdiction are available upon request from the support team.

Players in Pakistan are expressly reminded that gambling restrictions exist under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The Operator does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Players must obtain their own independent legal advice if in doubt as to the legality of participation in their location.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority, where one exists.
